Hi OP im in paignton and i have the very same problem and im what about 28 miles from you? somthing like that.

Was ok the other night no problems, went to watch some crappy crime uk TV and said no signal, unplugged all the cables even at the main wall socket and re-fitted, re scanned, factory reset still nothing :-(

All i get is 103 scanned channels... Internet is still running fine though.

Wonder if its just affecting our local area?

Sadly i dont think that is possible on Starview, i have tried a scan using EX c&w and got a few extra channels (178) but no where near what i had the other day.

Try this, go to a pay channel thats working IE one with a $ sign on it, whilst on it, press MENU, then INSTALLATION, MANUAL SCAN go down to Network Scan and ENABLE it then press OK to scan the channel..

Let us know if it works.

Did all the rescan and emu stuff but this post above is what worked. I managed to do this before the post but thanks for all your help and replies.

Sounds like your Frequency's changed, happened to me a couple of weeks ago, took me ages to figure it out. You can manually enter the scan frequency and scan, but its easier to be on a channel first and then the box then uses that as the start point.

Glad your up and running :-)
