starview 5 newbie

came today, just plugged it in, not loaded anything yet and noticed when changing channels the sound drops off, is this normal? i have a dbox2 and fancied one of these for the pvr function plus my thomson freeview box has been playing up lately, its a nice size, very discreet, just hope it can do that little bit more than my dbox.

To be honest i didnt plug mine in untill i had every thing to hand.firmware usb HD Formatted to fat 32 etc so i didnt have this problem you could try again and start by reading the tut m8 it will help
