had the same problem with loading from usb<20%fail.....>.....with usb in box u should see an option <think it's yellow button > to format the usb pen , format from the box and load the file again to usb pen and try again.

i have just got the starview box 6 this morning, no channels are found when scanning, am not sure if it has any firmware on it or if it has come blank, hoow can i tel? and wot firmware do i need ? andy

can eneyone help me ? iv got a sv conbo+ with lan it scans vigin cable loads of channels but i only can watch the fta ones the rest are scrambled its all new to me my old eurovox did everthihg automacticly pls help

box arrived today grooverider file failing when reaches 20% think this is a firmware problem as new box has ethernet and all the latest sockets , firmware i am trying is grooverider_hd_combo_f3.50_1118 , is there a new firmware available or am i doing something wrong .. thanks for your help ..

grooverider firmware is for non lan starview hd combo

this 20% fail is a comman problem just load an older file first then the latest file for N3 areas

grooverider firmware is for lan as well do what alex said just make sure u load lan firmware only it should have a + in it

There's new firmw@re available for the Lan box only, search for Carling.combo.UK.100.
