i don't think so mate. your box is unable to access the cable c/s server. so you've got no chance of finding a fix of some sort. but, correct me if i'm wrong i may have stumbled on a post once saying that you can use a dongle through the rs232 port allowing you to connect to the c/s server but i may be mistaken for another box.

Starview NON Lan boxes, (first 500 released to market), were supposed to have adapters issued but that never happened.

You may have been thinking of the Kryptview A750 with IConnector.

From the main menu go to Accessory and select Network.
Set Type to On, go down to CS Net and press ok.
Set Type to Ustream, go down to register and press ok.
After a few seconds Connection status should say connected.

Note that your box may have already done this after flashing but its best to check.

Then go to your channels by pressing exit a few times.
Select a non FTA channel and leave it until a picture appears.
Please note that it can take up to 5 minutes to update.

(you have flashed the box, right?)

Mac Address & CS Connection Issue

You need to reflash your box using the null cable and serial port method.
Search and download (HD-200_Download.exe) and (HD300N_SC_RS232_1013.bin) files from this site.
Follow the readme instructions included in the file.

                    Good luck
