Regards a new remote I do not see your cash going too far in Korea Joking aside the remote seems fine in my opinion I have seen a lot worse.
thanks for fw advice. fair enough about the remote query . mine works fine but just dont like the build, sticky buttons and power of ir (distance from stb).

You will have to ask your supplier as the dongles for the Non LAN boxes were supposed to be released for sale a while back. But these are not available to date.

                        uad & ubt files

Hi, I've not been playing with these boxes for long. I was just wondering what the ubt file does and whether or not I need it? I've flashed the box with the uad file and cable channels are all working fine Also, on the sat side, do I need to install a softcam or is this included with the firmware?? Some great info on this site btw, thanks!

Ok, I have been reading the threads on here for 2.5hrs now (couldn't drag myself away ). Anyway, it would seem that the boot file is not needed on the LAN box (mine is non-LAN ). I am now awaiting delivery of a LAN box some time this week, got files already, thanks! It seems that cams are embedded in the updated firmware for this box. The streaming feature sounds interesting too! Thanks again all! Gona sell my serial box as soon as new one is up and running!

                          'satsmo',
thank you for your tireless work :-)

have been using GR 3.50_1118 no problems for a while, tried to do an update with your latest firmware link and i have got a 'USB error' check your USB on both 0130.uad & new 0212.uad ....
I just tried 0208.uad form somewhere else and that flashed fine.

simple case of dodgey firmware whilst D'Ling?
Dl'd them both twice now and same USB error??
                          hmmm

                          any suggestions friends?

                          peace & thanks
                          Dok

yep....me too stuck with 'One of the 1st 500'
those dongles are becoming a myth and now i hope my box 'terminally breaks itself' with a ''FTA F'ware' so i can return it :-)

                              i thought you could use the ordinary usb dongles formatted to fat32,"usb1 or usb2 , pref usb2 , fat32 , 64mb to 32 gig"
