starview 5 help

starview 5 help

i have purchased a new starview 5 usb 2 but it does not read my usb stick i have formated my stick to fat 32 added the new firmware but when i select usb is says reconnect usb what could the problem be? please help cbbc starting to do me head in now thank you....

Is your box switched off when you insert the USB?
