starview 3 not powering up

hi guys ive been given a starview 3 box that doesnt seem to be powering up. any ideas?

i have a starview 4 usb box could i use parts out of that to sort the starview 3?

the boards are different so wont work mate

have a look inside at caps for doming or leaking,if the box got a power surge either board can have a problem.
