The Box Super USB - Gone all stations DEC09

Hi lads noticed that my sat died in dec any ideas on how to get it back again all sat stations are gone but normal stations are there ??? , do i need a new Firmware update for the unit?

think ntl are doin it on purpose now with christmas only next week so now wer stuck wi all the boring stations

if u live in leeds area or ireland u r knackered cos of nag 3 if not do a factory reset n turn on keycode n default ......look in system informo in menu and see if u r firmware is up to date....all firmware is in the red stickys
