Channels wont stay on !!!

hi Peeps,
i have been through the forum looking for the answer to my problem to no avail i have a starview super usb 4
sinec the first digital upgrade in the area (liverpool ) my box wont retain certain channels all bbc ones and most of the kids ones however if i turn the box off for an hour and then back on they all come back although i appear to have 2 of everything until i start changing channels
it'ss driving me and the kids mad (more so them) everym other channels appears toi work fine
i am using firmware 1.07 boot version 6-11
evrything was fine until the digital switchover

any help would be most welcome

Do a factory reset and delete all the channels and scan again that should sort it.

have you rescanned the box?
menu factory settings (0000)
auto scan
menu (1570) turn key code on
exit out to tv..

the rescan appears to have fixed it
