starview 5 turns off!

Hi all,
Have purchased starview 5 got latest firmware but box switches off after 15 mins.
U can then switch it straight back on again but it is so annoying.
Could this be the firmware, ntl sending a signal to shut the signal down or a faulty box?
Any ideas would be appriecated.

what firmware is on box,and is it well vented.

Hi, firm ware is v2.03.20090923.
have tried others but will not except them.
yes it is well vented nothing around the sides or on top.
worked perfectly when first switched on, only developed
when it was switched on again.
Have had no probs with starviews 2,3 and 4.
Wonder if i should take it back for an exchange.

i am not aware yet of faults with this unit,if it is still new and under warranty contact supplier and see what they say.
