hi thanks for your quick response and help i have downloaded and updated box but it just keeps saying scrambeld or bad channel could you tell me were i have gone wrong thanks.

i have installed but most of my channels have the dollor sign and wont let me watch them. Anyone know what i have to do. Sorry im new to all this. Cheers

you need to go into the cas menu and enable emu/keycode

menu/1570
enable emu and exit out to sky sports 1 and hopefully it should update

yes i have made sure emu is on and also tryed manually putting keys in and it still says scrambled or bad channel confused i am

menu factory settings (0000)
auto scan
turn emu on
exit out to tv and let the box update..

have a look in system information in menu and it will tell you wat firmware u have installed ,,if installed correctly...............after u have turned keycode on dont forget to press default

nope just resting this to factory settings dont sort this out well confused now

my firmware is 8.4e E boot ver 8 22nd december 2009

it seems as if emu is turned off even though its on as it don't attempt to update it just goes straight to scrambeld channel or bad channel think they might something in the update maybe???????

Thanks yes i do live in leeds dont suppose there are anyway round or do you think there might be in near future.
