Usb disaster

After downloading the file TheboxSuperUSB2_v2.03.20090923.BIN for my starview 5 do i use a usb to usb cable to transfer it into the box or a usb flash storage device?? or can i do both??

Hi mate use a USB stick to transfer the bin. file to the box. Make sure the power is OFF when you put the stick in & take it out.
