starview 4 has gone down

my starview can notscan any channels... it stopped working about 3 weeks ago is there a new firmware??? thanks

where are you from m8 are you scanning right provider. if your in leeds sorry its the end for you m8ty.

dont know if this helps , i'm in wolverhampton , ive heard the problem about leeds . but, something happened to my my box and a couple of my mates boxes . they stopped scanning . press menu and 1570 and make sure the keycode is on. for some reason ours were turned off and who knows why. turned it back on and all was sound again. try it and let me know

sounds like a local vermin problem... if you have a gen box, check that or check their website for problem areas.....

keycode has no bearing when scanning,always factory reset first then autoscan your provider,find channels then switch keycode to enable or earlier boxes emu to on,and as said many times before check providers website for area problems first.
