hi im having a bit of trouble with my box it used to work fine then all of a sudden sky1 displayed NO SIGNAL so i restored factory setting done a new search etc but now the channel has disappeared. i have another box downstairs starview3 and skyone is working and on 107000mhz so i done a manual scan on that signal but nothing.

Are you splitting off your V box Mate , of feeding straight from the wall ? , i ask this , as i split 5 starviews from the wall feed and on occasion lose channel signal on one box , but still retain it on the others .
I find if i temporarily , take the feed off a few of the other boxes , then re-scan the missing channel one , it finds it again .
Another way i've found , is to get the frequency of the missing channel from another box , delete the missing channel from the offending starview, that shows "no signal" (and normally shows 0 Khz) , then do a manual scan on that frequency , and you 9/10 times get it back !
          I hope this helps
