i have just purched a star view 4 usb box and have a 500 g hard drive iv tried to add films to the hard drive hoping that i could watch them threw the tv but isnt workin, can this be done? has at anythin to do with the fmovie formats currents they r avi's,any help appriciated thanks

Hi Mate , a starview can only record what you are viewing , the simplest way i've found is , scart from your (TV out)
socket on your starview , to the (TV in) socket of your hard drive , then scart from your hard drive (TV out socket) to your TV , that's it ! , what you now watch through your hard drive recorder , you can then record .
