lost the sound on sky horror,and classics,i think i know the problem,the number for the audio is wrong it should be 1103 but it is showing 1203,i dont know how to change the audio,setting? try reseting the box,but no joy. everything else is working part from these channels?can any one help. thanks .....

as these are quick to set up, just do a factory default an rescan, hopefully all will be good then, and dont forget, no splitters.
