Hi i just downloaded the logo file and firmware...

But when i try turn on the box (i put the usb pen in before i switch the box on) i try to run the USB but then a window pops up saying "Please reconnect USB"

I tried formatting the usb and i also tried different usbs...

Can someone please help...
