    Problems with HD Combo PVR function

    Hello all,

    Messing about with the HD combo box today. Connected external HDD and programs are recording fine, however the PVR function seems to be non existant.

    When I press record the channel I am watching starts recording, "rec" is displayed on the set top box and I can no longer change channels.

    Anyone have any idea how to record one channel while viewing others?

      Hi m8, its not possible to record one channel and watch another as this box also has one tuner.
      It only has one tuner for cable and one for satellite so you are still limited to watching what you are recording.
      SLOWLY, OUR FREEDOM IS BEING ERASED.
      SOON, WE WILL JUST BE A NUMBER.
      IF WE DON'T FOLLOW, WE WILL BE ERASED.

          whilst recording you can press the ok button on the remote & a list of channels on the same transponder will appear. Pick one & press ok & away you go. Sometimes the list dosen't appear and the machine needs a reboot.
