hello my dads starview 1 box has gone of and has nothing on it at all just wondering if anyone has a step by step guide on how to upgrade the firmware i have the new firmware but dont know how to get it on the box or what programme i need to put it on with

there is no updated firmware for this old box,have you checked
your emu is on.=menu1570 key emu to on.state where you are as a new encryption called nagra 3 stops all boxes from working.
