    symbol's blocking channels on the super box

    i have typed in code 1570 and have turned emu key on and rescanned, but the channels are being blocked by 2 symbols that wont remove ones a green one next to pound sign an other is blue can someone please help??? thanks

    has latest firmware been loaded, you need to do this first, and where are you. software at top of section in red.

        firmware is software, have a read of the red sections at top of starview section, how to load etc.

            you are doing it wrong,try first a factory reset 0000 to delete.
            remove any splitters first,auto scan your provider,find the channels
            menu1570,set default key and emu to on and exit out ,let it update for a min.
            emu on or keycode enable depending on model
