Starview 5 changing channel issues

Hello

I am having some problems changing channels on my starview 5 box,Some channels will take about 4 or 5 seconds to come on.Ive done a few rescans but its still the same.To my knowledge it has the latest firmware installed.Any help would be appreciated,Thank you.

go to menu then system info and check it
