box super don't know what model??

I have box super as all are probably bored of hearing and of problems with channels . I cant sort it out as it has no USB but has an RS_232 plug input. That's it so how do I find sectretr menu etc and or update firmware. this is last ditch attemt to sort outwhat was a brilliant box till a lot of channels suddenly got blocked. Any ideas???????????????????????

sounds like starview 3, will tell you on front of unit. if its been working just try

menu
press 1570 on remote
turn key emu on
also above emu, press set default key
now exit back to tv and it should update

has the box been getting all pay channels and if so, for how long?
when did your box go off?
do you know what firmware is on? press menu ,system info!
have you tried menu, 1570, emu on, default, exit, exit??? as mark said...
