new fix for nagra3 areas

well im on starview 5 got hit by nag 3 a few days ago upped the boxes from 1.6 too 2.01 and now my box is back up and running fine :s and some people who are not on VM/NTL have not gone down at all. It may be coincidence but it still may be less time than originally assumed to overcome nag 3.

No your provider wouldve change transponders and moved channels prep for N3. 2 weeks you box will go down.

There is no fix.

new home as never had tv package before but If I can use starview for a few more months I'll hold off !

Any idea when n3 comes to birmingham?
What are the differences between Starview 6 and Combo.
I am holding off buying Starview combo unless I know it can be used for some time to come.

House is still live, as the owners moving out have vermin, i have heard September being thrown about as the latest it may happen in some areas, so a possible another 4 months of use left!

Fingers crossed, think im going to probably go for a package deal with them if the price is right and use my "box" in the kids room!

I have an old starview 1 that went off in the middle of the month,Is this a nagra 3 issue I am reading about ? or a fimware update issue ? northwest area and a bit of a novice
