hi, i have recently had a new virgin media box put in to my house because my old one was broken. I set up my new virgin media box with a starview box but for some reason now only the starview box is working and the virgin media box is appearing with ld:20 on the screen like its trying to load up but isnt working, any help is much appreciated thanks
Basically i started out with virgin media box and starview box. I used my virgin media to watch bbc channels and 4od and starview box for sky channels. When my virgin box stopped working i phoned virgin to get a replacement, i disconnected everything and put it back the exact same way i put it together. But now its not working(virgin box), I am wondering if this has anything to do with the fact ive got a different and new virgin media box now or perhaps the guy who came and installed it might have set it up only to work without a splitter or something like that. To be honest i havent much of a clue so any help is much apprecated, cheers ppl.
