super box 5 isnt working properly

hi i would like somebody's help, i have recently purchased a super box 5 usb 2, i have tryed loading up and have the channels loaded, i can only access channel like bbc, itv channel 4 etc, the rest have a dollar sign, i'm not sure if it is flashed or not,

can any 1 plz help???

Press menu > 1 5 7 0 on remote > turn keycode to on > press ok on set default > exit to a $ channel & wait for update
