Starview 5 Wont find Any Channels

I had been watching tv perfectly untill yesterday, i tried watching a channel and it wouldnt work so i done a factory reset and then went to re scan the box but now when rescanning on provider no channels appear when searching, i have tried putting the main cable in to the cable socket and still nothing when scannning on some freequencies the bar goes green but still no channels appear, thanks in advance.

where abouts are you, i know there are issues in huddersfield today, check with vermin, may be issue with them.

If there are no issues in your area are you scanning on the correct provider, if so try another one. I am in tw area and only found a few channels so scanned again on one of the others and found over 300

Hi there iam havin the same problem 2 iam in the rotherham area ive tryed scanning tw x c&w the lot and still nothing any suggestions pls

how do you find channels like sky sports n sky movie do they appear afta you have the firmware upgraded
