Well apparently there are I have bought a bunch from wizardsatellite.co.uk on first time switch on i get 8882. !!! this does not seem right to me? unless I am hugely mistaken. this happened to two of the ten boxes i bought. first one i thought i went wrong when i installed the SW but the second one also when it came on for the first time errored 8882? either its a clone or they all do that as default and there is a fix? but if it does that generally its a clone ?

Wizard Sat do not sell clones, they are a main supplier of sv and always helpful, if you have a problem give them a ring. Do your sv5's stay on 8882? they do hang on it for what seems like ages but then are ok

Try reading the TuT normally 8882 comes up when the user has not followed the TuT ie inserted a USB device while the box is on or taken one out with the box on.If this is not the case then you may have a faulty box but i doubt it m8 all posts on here abour 8882 are self inflickted by user.How many is a BUNCH? Also there is no fix that i know of that the user can do.
