Star view 4 programe fault

Hello All

i'm new to this site and this is my 1st post.

i purchased a Star View 4 box 6 months ago. We had a power cut and since then i dont get any pictures on the menu screens i.e movies ,sport ,entertainment etc but i do get them on the menu heading ( all channels ) does anyone know a simple fix for this please.

Make sure the keycode is on "menu > 1570 > keycode on > press ok on set default > exit to a $ channel & leave to update, failing that do a factory reset then an automatic scan on your service provider when complete do the above,
