can somebody point me in the right direction so i can get my tv back

factory reset,0000 to delete channels,remove any splitters first before you auto scan your provider,when you get all channels scanned,exit out ,and press menu1570,key emu to on and set default key and exit out,find a sly channel for box to update on usually a min or 2.
