starview the box 1 software

all it says is the box digital reciever, it doesnt have any type of model written on it??

the model number is GCR 3510. what software do i need and were do i download it from please? thanks

top left of box does it say starview the box or what

no it only says 'The Box' , but when i connected the box to gtrom loader the stb model came up as GCR3510. so i presume its that model???

when i select the file which option is it ? what file type is it for example boot file ? etc

i have put a software on the box put in on the tv says select the language is the a right sign of the box working ?

yes m8 but some times you can switch it on after pressing download it works also

it comes up with a language screen is that a sign that its been done properly ?
my remote is not working is their any way of overcoming that screen ?

no m8 you need remote to press ok you can get them on fleabay or if ya know someone to borrow it off
