                Hi Guys

can we get satellite channels with this box? if yes the is it gona be just free to air channels or can we get anyother channels is well with magic files .... I know sky is not hacked but other european satellite channels, I can see lots of info about cable but notthing about the satellite.

Also can't see any information on satellite section about this box in any forum on web site....

Does starview combo have any online support web site, where we can get updates and files ?

The sharing part can be rocket science, (not from a technical point), as most peeps forgot a long time ago what CS really is and should always be.

cardsharing has now been made far too easy imo, and for that reason it will sadly be the death of it....pity that....

All Starview boxes are complete and utter crap end of story...the support from SV is non-existant as well...
Dont waste your money chaps, the only people who have anything good to say about SV boxes are the traders who sell them..purely to create hype and earn a quick profit..

                          - As a lot of people have already said stick to Linux boxes, Dreams in particular have the biggest community and range of support clones or not.

                            Hi guys

Been reading this through and i find it very interested, By reading most peoples opinions it seems Linux is the way forward? Just wondering if theres any more information on the Linux C/S scene?

Theres a few people in my area that have purchased the starview 6 from traders as we've just been hit with n3, im just wondering what the best option for me is at the moment

                            thanks

Starpoo servers will be shut down quicker then a blink of an eye. And the people with it will be locked up behind bars as well.... becuase All IP addresses will be Logged.

C/S has been going for a number of years using a Linux box and the only reason alot of folks dont know about it is because it been kept quiet.

Starview only just started with the CS side because Cable decided to switch to N3

Satman was spot on on what he said.

I thought you need an ip address for al CS boxes such as dreamboxes, so why just make fun of Starview? I am only a Eurovox man myself with only FTA now.

And why are you aloud to give so much advice about flashing boxes ect... but not aloud to talk about CS?

Another thing. When you buy a dreambox for example and you cant get all the channels without subscription do they mean buy the sports and you can get everything, or do you need a subscription for what you want to view but watch the channels on the dreambox insted of the sly box. Whats the point in that if this is the case.
