Voice over on starview 4

Hi, could anyone tell me how to get rid of the voice over on my super usb starview 4 box? I have tried pressing the audio button and the subtitle buttons but neither work!!! It really is driving me mad!!!!!!!!!

normally pressing the audio button and selecting the other english option works, if it doesn't then you need to do a factory default reset and rescan
