Hi all
I have a starview 5. Lost all the channels today. Any ideas how to rectify it. any help will be appreciated.

have you tried a rescan?
menu
factory settings (0000)
auto scan
menu (1570) turn key code on
exit out to sly channel and let the box update.

I tried it again and reset to factory settings and it has worked. Thanks
