Setting up Starview 5

I have just got my hands on a StarView 5 box today and need help setting up getting the channels fine but cant watch any of them.
I am just getting blank screen on the ones that show $ Please help me?

Thanks for that but which firmware do i use as the one thats on will not bring up menu when typing 1570
