starview 4 and n.t.l. box went off last night. cant even get normal channels on them. next door neighbours is still working o.k. are they closing us down randomly.tried rescanning and factory reset but nowt. middlesbrough area. any help most grateful

Don't worry mate. Sounds like a connection fault. Check your cable input connections.
You will still get FTA channels when your time comes.

if your ntl box is a subbed box, it must be a connection fault somewhere on your system.. kick the cat out!!!
