thats right connect the Rj45 cable from the box to the router

and then go into the settings and check that the IP address has been allocated and that its the correct

it should be the correct as long as u have DHCP enabled

I havent used the box so you will have flick through your communication settings

if you can find the settings in your box then u could try and ping the box from the router.

      regards

do you know IP address of your box?

if yes then can you ping it from your router and see if you get any replies without losses

when I say IP address I mean your LAN IP and not WAN IP

also check the gateway adress as well

it would be much easier if you post the communication settings of your box and I can have a look

also change you network cable.. just incase its faulty.
