Hi all, the advice is all spot on, helped alot! cheers.
Just one thing though, how do i get the internet back? we lost it when we lost all the channels and it hasn't come back with the channels.........

we have an ntl modem, when we first set up the super usb box in september it worked fine with the internet functioning properly aswell. They we lost both the channels an the internet at the same time, after following the advice on here we have managed to get the channels back but no internet.
Im not that good wth stuff like this so i'm stuck on what to do next?
We have been told it could be the mac address.......?
any suggestions?

sounds like a prob with your pc or vermin... never had any interference with my b/b because of my sv box..give vermin a ring.. they cant trace your box back...
