    the box super loosing channels

    Hi all in need of help i have a box super reciever no usb but can up date via null. I have recently been loosing channels tried menu enu on and set default but no improvement. firmware is 8.04 e does this need updating? if so which is the newest version and where can i get it? any advice would be great thanks

    check cables, if using splitter remove that and then scan.

      factory reset first as if the bad channels are stored you wont get them back.its all to do with frequency changes of channels.
