Starview 3 Loss of channels

Hi FGMs
I also losing channels now No signal on 555.000khz plus some other frequencies,just 1 quick question?

If I do a factory reset will I have to reload the 8.04e software its running after the reset or does the factory reset leave the software alone? just don't want to lose the software ver 8.04e

no you will not need to reload software, so go ahead and do factory reset and scan.
