Starview 4 the box super USB - No Channels

Hi please HELP! i am in bedfordshire and i have SV4 The Box Supper USB, i have lost all the channels, only getting couple, i am not even getting FTA channels.

i did a factory reset and rescanned the channels, turned the key code ON, but still nothing, i have done this about 4 times, i dont get anything. i have aked few poeple and they have same problem o not sure whats going on, please help, anyone, anyhelp appreciated.

have you scanned on the correct provider (I think yours is NTL)

if you other post is to go by,upgrade yer firmware from 1.07 to 1.12 and try again.this has worked for a few people.

hi, yes i its NTL, i get few channels, but majority of them not getting, all i get is blank screen, i can see $ sign but not picture

hi Mark, that was the next step i was thinking of, ill try that and see how i get on, hope it works, strange thing is some people in my area are using SV 1 and they did a rescan and it worked for them.

yep give it a go m8 and let us know.
there's some strange things happening with these boxes at the mo,somethings work for some and not for others,its a bit trial and error today.

try menu 1570 and press set default key, and exit to tv, should update

thanks, i tried it last night didnt seem to work either, i will install 1.12 and try your suggestion, i hope that works.
