still cant get all channels on the box ,are you all in the same boat ?

have you tried turning emu to on ?
where are you from ?
whats the latest s/w on the box ?
how long have you been having problems ?

hi got a starview and lost bbc1 and bbc2 tried rescan with no joy and tried factory re-set,im in merseyside

factory settings (0000)
press default key then auto scan
emu to on
exit out to a sly channel and let the box update

no matter what you all do were all ****'d virgin will stop everythink in the next few days :-( spoke to the place were i got my box from he told me that "virgin will shutdown all channels in feb" ther will be a new box with a LAN port that will recieve all channels but am not buying one just yet :-S

there is already a SV box with a LAN port ... Secondly this only works in ireland at the moment. Wether this will be implemented in London that remains to be seen.

and this change over will take at least 2 months until its fully rolled out all over the country

no channels will be dropping until you have received your new card.
