starview hd combo lost sound

hi guys...my starview hd combo lan version has lost sound...picture is fine just not getting any sound....tried different hdmi leads and different hdmi ports...also factory reset and different fw....im not getting any sound...any ideas whats wrong ?

have you pressed the mute button to kill the sound?,do your radio channels have sound also.also some sat boxes you can change audio stream.

sorted...there was nothing wrong with the box..my samsung tv...was the problem....seems like the sound is gone on it..never mind have 4 years warranty left on the tv...thanks
