firmware for starview 5 usb ?

I have just purchased a starview 5 usb 2 and automatically sorted channels but most of the channels have $ signs next too them. I think i need to download firmware to be bale to proceed but have looked everywhere.... Getting very annoyed as lots of suggestions but no where to download the firmware. Can any one help pleeeeeeasssss. !!!
