lost ss1, notts area

hi all , i have starview 3 the box super, i have got all back after re scanning but lost ss1 in it's place is fx channel , re scanned 5 times , i'm in the notts area can anyone help please, thank's

press default key then rescan..

have you done a factory rescan (0000) ?

yes m8t done all this 5 times, nothing, i also have a starview 1 upstairs scanned that and i can get ss1 on that one but not starview 3, i'm puzzled, even used single cable line not splitter ?

you could always try a manual scan on that channel what is the latest s/w on the box m8 ?

8.04e tried manual scan, nowt, when i did a auto scan ss1 came up on the list as channel 0281, when finished scanning then emu on i then go to the fav but its not on there, not got a clue , it's the only one missing.

might be a long shot but have you gone to channel edit after rescan and put channels in alphabetic order ..

wednesday tea time i lost all my channels in derby area, rescanned and sky sports 1 has come up twice, 1 works the other doesnt, also fx has come up as the same number 511 so its next to ss1

go to edit channels and delete FX and s*1 should be on in the sports line up. Both have the number 511, I had the same problem and this sorted it.

anytime you want to scan do a factory reset first as it clears old info out to be replaced with new info,also scan from wall socket to box ,set default key emu to on or keycode enable
also bookmark your provider for checking on faults in your area.
