Starview 5 channels lost

Hi

i bought a starview 5 a few months ago and have recently lost a few channels mainly the sports channels can some please help me get them back as i have been reading up on here but its just confusing

the firmware on my box is v2.03

btw i have tried the factory reset and the new scan still same problem

i have just done a reset then a a rescan then pressed 1570 and turned keycode on then went to sky sports 1 and left it 10 mins and still it isnt working

the channels are all mixed up my box info

am i seing things you have the sv5 yet date is dec 2008 it wasnt released untill sept 2009?

i guess this means its a starview 4 it has the box super usb on the front of it

Make sure you have the correct hardware installed 2.03 is for the Sv 5 and i think you will find the code is not 1570 but im sure its posted on the site somewhere

think you need 1.12 firmware now, all your area has been affected for a week now, btw, dont use 1.12 if you have a clone..vip....

How do you arrange the channels on a sv5 I take it you put them into Fav's, if you just press ok on remote the catagory menu appears on the screen, scroll left or right to go from entertainment > sport > movies etc and all channels are in service providers order.
I say this because you haven't got the option to move channels on sv5
