starview combo plus symbol rate wont load

Hi guys,
I have a starview combo plus with VM. I've loaded GrooveRider_HD_Combo_+_csnet_0130 but when i go to put in the symbol rate for a scan only 3 stars appear and I cant go any further any help would be great thanks.

Sorted it needed the 0000 pin to let me into symbol rate options for some reason.
