BBC HD only on Starview Combo

Hey all, How come Im only getting BBC HD when I do a scan on my Combo Lan? No other channels are getting picked up :-( Can anyone help? I have given it a direct feed from the box in the wall ... I remember seeing somewhere a freq range to scan for which works?

try setting the scan range from 001 to 900 (131 to 900 works well on TW), step size 8MHz and the symbol rate to 6952 (TW or exCW) or 6887 (n**).
