Hi guys,

Bought one of these yesterday and have set it up and all looks great. However, ever 15 minutes or so it will loose the sound but the picture will remain. Also sometimes the box will reset itself. I have done a factory reset and reinstalled the firmware but to no joy.

Any help would be great.

Send it back and get your money back. All these boxes will shortly be redundant as VM moving to Nagra 3.

Tried the new firmware and seems to be working fine now....sucks about N3 though

is it going to be completely unhackable or will there be a work around at some point??

100% unhackable as we speak. So many variations of it, these boxes are soon to be doorstops. Sell well you can.

Wont happen mate, satellite hackers cant do it so then its not poss. Sat hacking is big biz and they been trying for a few years now with no success. Trouble is theres too many variations to it.

wrong m8 the combo is the box to buy now when cable comes to and end there is cs and this box can do it

Doing c/s on a Vm line is plain and stupid. And doing C/s on cable is just dumb.

Good luck starview owners. Wouldnt be suprised if you face the same fate as what the other C/S site faced.

N3 is not hacked!!! if it was hacked then it would be available publicly.
