just bought HD combo ?

iv had the super usb 4 for a year and thought id upgrade my box to the HD version, well i ordered 2 days ago -i ordered the non lan but got 1 with a lan ?)
i did a bit of reading here before buying and have read of problems with the lan HD combo ?
im in uk and am not sure wether to attempt this box or send it back for the non lan ?
which box do you guys recomend and where do i start

well i guess im in need of a bit of help
i have set the HD box up attached the cable line to cable in and put GrooveRider HD Combo + 0122.ua on my usb but it gets to 30% and fails what am i doing wrong

load the older software, and then load the newer one, thats seems to be the answer from other users.

does any1 know the "symbol rate" code for west yorkshire
because i got it flashed using GrooveRider_HD_Combo_+_1214.uad but i cannot find any channels - but all i have tried yet is 6952 + 6887 ?????????????????

As per the instructions in downloads load Starveiw HD Combo_+_0128.UAD File first and then the latest firmware. Both found here http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...firmware-1115/ However depends on what part of West Yorkshire you reside in as it may have migrated to N3.

first of all there was only 500 non lan boxes made, now they only produce lan boxes.

not sure but think the 1214 is the FTA only fw, there has been a few released since then..latest is 0212.

i got it working for a few hours but then all the channels dissapeared ?
no signal ???
dam i shud never have bought this buggy box

think the 1214 is the FTA only fw, there has been a few released since then..latest is 0212.

no they are not FTA fw...you get all channels with them....they are coming out out with a new fw every few weeks it seems like...yet they dont tell you what it fixes or what improvements , if any , have been made..like i said before, ive tried every single fw for this box..all have same problems...freezing and glitching...

WELL THE CHANNELS ARE THERE 1 MINUTE AND GONE THE NEXT ALSO SOME CHANNELS HAVE DECIDED TO BECOME SCRAMBLED AGAIN (just noticed the caps lock)
but at least the kids shows are ok (phew) mornings would kill if that went

it has to be cable channels... seeing as the box does not function exactly to well on sat side ....

Starpoo team are a genius on there marketing skills.
