Starview missing channels

Live in merseyside area and just wondered why some channels have gone missing like film 4. tried rescanning but no joy. Any ideas

Do a factory reset and rescan again. Maybe a TP has changed. Although VM are having problems in your area since yesterday, so may be better to wait a while.

You could try deleting the missing channels first, then re-scan, that always seems to work for me.

personally i would follow kals advice - there is no need to delete all channels. just delete the channel that is missing then immediately go to installation, manual scan and the box will pick it up. the new channel will now be at the end of your channel list.
